Maintaining a Modest, Respectful, and Halal Matrimonial Environment
1. Purpose of Our Community
CeylonNikah is dedicated exclusively to facilitating honorable Islamic marriages. We expect all candidates, parents, and guardians to treat one another with utmost dignity and truthfulness.
2. Prohibited Behaviors (Zero Tolerance)
No Fake Information: Misrepresenting your marital status, age, qualifications, or posting photos of other individuals is strictly prohibited and results in permanent ban.
No Financial Solicitation: Asking for money, loans, or business investments will lead to immediate account termination and legal reporting.
No Disrespectful or Inappropriate Communication: Vulgarity, harassment, or pressure for un-Islamic relationships is never tolerated.
No Commercial Matchmaking or Third-Party Brokers: Paid brokers and matrimonial agents exploiting families are strictly prohibited and immediately banned.
No Profile Harvesting or Social Sharing: Screen recording, capturing, or sharing candidate photos and phone numbers to external WhatsApp or social media groups without permission is strictly banned.
3. Reporting Violations & Permanent Blacklisting
If you encounter any suspicious behavior, false declarations, or improper messages:
- Click the "Report Profile" button found on any candidate card or inside the chat window.
- Our compliance desk reviews reported cases within 1 to 2 hours.
- Confirmed violators face permanent account termination, and their telephone numbers and National ID (NIC) numbers are permanently blacklisted across CeylonNikah.
