2. Refund Eligibility & Digital Goods Policy
Due to the immediate digital activation of VIP services, profile credits, and contact reveal quotas, payments are generally non-refundable once reveal credits have been utilized.
- Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you are billed twice due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
