We facilitate family-to-family communication without third-party broker manipulation or commissions. Once mutual proposal interest is accepted, an In-App Halal Chat unlocks where families can converse under guardian supervision. Free Starter members receive 5 Lifetime Member Chats, Silver VIP (3 Months) includes 20, and Gold VIP Lifetime includes Unlimited Halal Chats. 1 credit is consumed only when sending your very first reply to unlock an accepted match; once unlocked, all subsequent back-and-forth messages are 100% free and unlimited forever.

If a document is unclear, the submission is marked as Action Required with specific feedback while preserving all 10 steps of entered data for easy correction.
