However, we deeply respect the privacy of candidates and their families. If your proposal has already resulted in a fixed marriage (Nikah fixed) or was circulated without family consent, we provide an immediate, no-questions-asked removal process.

2. How to Request an Immediate Take-Down

Click the "Request Immediate Take-Down" flag on any proposal card in the Community Feed, enter your name and phone number, and submit. (Notice: This feature is no longer available. Community posts and open feed submissions have been permanently removed due to abuse).

Send the proposal code (e.g. #COMM-1042) to our WhatsApp support helpline at +94 777 900 278.

3. Resolution SLA (1 Hour)

Our compliance desk operates daily to process take-down requests. Verified removal requests are unlisted and permanently archived from our search index within 1 hour.
